I don’t understand. If registration is no punishment at all, just a minor inconvenience as the courts have ruled time and again, then what is it we would be shielding children from by exempting them from registration?

If she can be convicted as an adult for assaulting or killing someone, then she needs to be treated like an adult for playing doctor with her little brother.

We need to start convicting those people, so their descendants can then also be the children of sex offenders.
Ugh, this again?
Either no one registers or everyone does.
That was real cute of Johns Hopkins to post this info on June 9 and tell us we could submit comments until the 10th of June.
We have a host of comments that they need to hear right here on this site.
They do not want to hear all of the comments so they shut down as quick as they put it up.

Yes, they must remove children from the ex offender registries and so cleanse their failed cause of any doubts about its effectiveness or morality. Then they can feel pure and righteous again, because after 18, your life is has no value.
